ConvergenCE Continues to Expand its Services Despite Near Full Occupancy
With its excellent location, infrastructure, and diverse range of services, Kálvin Square has been operating at nearly full occupancy for years. The continuous demand and success have inspired ConvergenCE to further enhance its services. Common areas are being equipped with LED lighting, and new energy management software has been installed, providing tenants with direct feedback on how efficiently they are operating their offices. Beyond customer satisfaction, a key goal of these innovations is to obtain a higher energy certification for the office building.
Client-centered approach and continuous development have also earned recognition from the tenant side. Mondi.tech, which has been a tenant for seven years, moved into the building’s only terrace unit on the ninth floor. Thanks to the extension of the contract, the company’s employees can now enjoy the wonderful panoramic view of Gellért Hill.
Changes have also taken place on the eighth floor. Alpiq Csepel and Alpiq Energy, tenants at Kálvin Square since 2010, decided to strengthen their relationship by extending their contracts and expanding their office space.
Atos Group, which employs nearly 110,000 workers in 71 countries, signed a lease agreement with two subsidiaries last August. Atos Hungary and Eviden Hungary Kft., following a multi-stage tender process and the execution of MádiLáncos Studio’s plans, have moved into their new office in March.
In August, 2024 another innovative firm joins Kálvin Square’s already exciting tenant mix. Bimfra, whose mission is to provide comprehensive digital solutions in the infrastructure and construction industry, is currently designing its own, new headquarters that will accommodate more than 50 employees this year on the seventh floor.
